Maria is a hospitality industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience. Some of the places she has worked include the iconic and much beloved restaurants A16, Rose Pistola, Lefty O’Doul’s, Rambler, and Cento Osteria. Maria also brings her expertise in the beverage industry to Birch & Rye. She has worked at boutique importer Tosco Wines as well as Enoteca Vino Nostro and most recently, oversaw the food and beverage program at the Battery. With a deep knowledge of food, wine, spirits and beer, Maria has proven herself time and time again to be a consummate front of house professional.
