Lucia Camarda
General Manager
Lucia was born in Pusan, South Korea and raised on Vashon Island, Washington. After studying at Trinity College in Connecticut, receiving two degrees that have nothing to do with the hospitality industry, she had a short tryst with NYC and eventually landed in San Francisco. She has called The Golden State her home over a decade.
She was exposed to the art of the dinner party at a young age- her mother was a homemaker and artist whose life work was bringing people together over food she'd spend days prepping and cooking. Her father is one of America's top winemakers, and while she's not a certified somm, she considers herself to be an expert at selecting the right bottle for the table.
She has led operations and business development for many of the Bay Area's most recognized restaurant and bar groups, including Tonic Nightlife Group, Brown Sugar Kitchen, flour + water pizzeria, and most recently Osito, which received a Michelin star after less than one year of opening.
